Free Website Program Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Free Website Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Patriot Pixels LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and the applicant or participant ("Client", "you", or "your"). By participating in the Free Website Program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1) Program Overview

Patriot Pixels LLC offers custom-designed websites at no upfront cost under our Free Website Program, in exchange for a minimum 6-month subscription to one of our hosting plans. The purpose of this program is to provide small businesses with an affordable, professional online presence.

1.1) Program Features and Inclusions

The Free Website Program includes the following features, subject to the terms of this Agreement:

• • Custom Domain Name
    The website will be published using a standard domain name (e.g., yourname.com), provided it is available for registration. Subdomains or platform-branded URLs will not be used.
  • Custom 3-Page Website
    The website will include three fully designed and customized pages: Home, About, and Contact. Additional pages or custom functionality may be offered as paid add-ons.
  • 7-Day Turnaround
    Once the Client is approved and all required content is submitted, we will provide a design start date then the website will be delivered and launched within seven (7) business days, unless delayed by Client’s failure to provide requested materials or feedback.
  • Mobile-Responsive and SEO-Optimized Structure
    The website will be designed to function across all modern devices and structured for basic on-page search engine optimization (SEO), including title tags, alt attributes, and meta descriptions.
  • Custom Contact Form
    A basic contact form will be included, configured to send submissions directly to the Client’s email address.
  • Stock Image Usage
    If the Client does not provide images, we may use royalty-free stock photos deemed appropriate for the business and industry.
  • Design Revisions
    Clients are entitled to unlimited design revisions during the initial design phase, subject to the limitations outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy. Revisions requested after final approval may incur additional charges.

1.2) Optional Add-Ons

Clients may choose to purchase additional features (“Add-Ons”) for a one-time fee. These Add-Ons expand the functionality or content of the standard 3-page website included in the Free Website Program.

Available Add-Ons may include, but are not limited to:

• • Booking Feature – $99
    Let visitors book appointments directly from your website.
  • Services / Pricing Page – $59
    Add a services or pricing page with clearly structured content.
  • Gallery / Portfolio Page – $49
    Showcase your work or photos with a clean visual layout.
  • Terms of Service Page – $39
    Add a professionally written terms page to help protect your business.
  • FAQ Page – $39
    Include a frequently asked questions page to improve user experience.
  • Live Chat Setup – $99
    Integrate a real-time chat widget for direct messaging with site visitors.
  • Facebook Pixel Setup – $49
    Track website activity for ad retargeting and campaign insights.
  • Google Analytics Setup – $49
    Set up traffic and behavior tracking using Google Analytics.
  • Custom Page(s) – $69 to $149+
    Request additional pages tailored to specific business needs.

Important Notes:

• • All Add-Ons are subject to availability and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice. If an Add-On is unavailable, the Client will be notified upon inquiry.
  • Payment for all Add-Ons must be made in full within forty-eight (48) hours of the request. Failure to submit payment within this period may result in cancellation of the request and removal from the production queue.

2) Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this Program, you must:

• Submit an application and be approved by Patriot Pixels LLC.
• Agree to subscribe to and maintain an active hosting plan through us.
• Provide all required content, logos, and business information necessary to build your website.
• Be located within the United States and operate a legitimate, verifiable business.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

3) Hosting Subscription Requirement

You agree to subscribe to one of our hosting plans, which starts at $69/month. A minimum 6-month subscription is required to participate in the Program. This subscription must be initiated before any design or development work begins. This policy is in place to ensure applicants are serious and committed to moving forward.

This subscription is necessary to maintain access to the website created under this Program. Failure to maintain an active subscription during the 6-month commitment period will result in the website being taken offline and may trigger early termination fees as outlined in this Agreement.

4) Early Termination 

If Client cancels the hosting plan within the first 6 months, a one-time early termination fee of $400, minus any hosting fees already paid, will apply. This fee covers the labor, time, and resources dedicated to designing and launching the website without any upfront payment.

The early termination fee is a legally binding obligation and must be paid in full within 7 calendar days of cancellation. Patriot Pixels LLC also reserves the right to pursue collection actions, including referral to a collections agency or legal action if necessary. Failure to pay the fee may result in permanent deletion of the website and forfeiture of all rights to its content, design, and related assets. 

Furthermore, Clients who default on this obligation may have their website permanently deleted and be permanently banned from using any future services, offers, or programs offered by Patriot Pixels LLC.

We take abuse of the Free Website Program seriously and will enforce this policy without exception.

5) Intellectual Property

All websites created under this Program are and shall remain the sole property of Patriot Pixels LLC. Clients are granted a limited, revocable license to use the website only while they maintain an active subscription in good standing and are in compliance with all terms of this Agreement.

Clients retain ownership only of the original content they personally provide, such as logos, text, and images. All other materials—including but not limited to the website design, code, structure, styling, layout, and any custom assets created by Patriot Pixels—remain the intellectual property of Patriot Pixels LLC.

No transfer of ownership shall occur at any point, even after the 6-month subscription period or payment of an early termination fee. Use of the website beyond the scope of this Agreement without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6) Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Respond in a timely manner to requests for content, feedback, or revisions.
• Provide accurate and lawful content for use on the website.
• Not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Review and accept all other applicable legal policies posted on https://www.patriotpixels.net/legal, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Accessibility Statement, and Data Processing Agreement. Use of our services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these documents.

7) Timeline and Revisions

• Websites under the Free Website Program are typically completed within 7 days from the official start date provided upon approval, as long as the Client submits all required content and information in a timely manner.
• Delays in submitting necessary materials may result in delays to the completion timeline.
• The Program includes unlimited revisions during the design phase. All revision activity is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
• Any changes requested after final approval may result in additional fees.

8) No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality, professional websites, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, website traffic, lead generation, or SEO results as part of this Program.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Pixels LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the website.

10) Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11) Amendments and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified via email or our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12) Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Free Website Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

13) Right to Cancel by Patriot Pixels LLC

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any project at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may choose, but are not obligated, to waive the early termination fee. If we cancel the project, you will be notified in writing, and any content you provided (e.g., logos, text, images) may be returned to you upon request. All other materials remain the property of Patriot Pixels LLC.

By enrolling in the Free Website Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
