This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of all services provided by Patriot Pixels LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, including websites, hosting, email accounts, workspaces, or any other offerings, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into all agreements including our Terms of Service, Hosting Plan Agreement, and Free Website Program Agreement.
You may not use our services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that:
1.1. Violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to local, state, federal, or international laws;
1.2. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
1.3. Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
1.4. Involves sending unsolicited messages (“spam”) or any form of deceptive marketing;
1.5. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other users;
1.6. Disrupts or degrades the performance of our network or services;
1.7. Distributes or facilitates the distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious software;
1.8. Uses our services in any way that violates third-party terms, policies, or service agreements.
If you have a website hosted or created through Patriot Pixels, your content must not:
2.1. Contain hate speech, threats, or advocacy of violence;
2.2. Promote illegal substances, weapons, or activities;
2.3. Include pornography, adult content, or sexually explicit material;
2.4. Violate copyright or trademark laws;
2.5. Impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise mislead users as to the origin of content.
3.1. You may not use an unreasonable amount of system resources (including storage, bandwidth, or processing power) that disrupts the services of other users.
3.2. We reserve the right to impose limitations or suspend services in response to resource abuse.
4.1. Patriot Pixels offers unlimited revisions subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.
4.2. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
• Excessive revision requests intended to exploit labor beyond reason;
• Repetitive or redundant change requests that result in no meaningful improvements;
• Continuous alterations due to client indecisiveness rather than quality issues.
4.3. We reserve the right to deny further revisions if behavior violates this section.
5.1. We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and remove, disable, or suspend access to content or services without notice.
5.2. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, agreements, or services found to be in violation.
5.3. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination for violation of this Policy.
