Effective Date: September 17, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Patriot Pixels LLC Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. The Program is open to all current and non-current Patriot Pixels LLC customers, subject to the conditions below.
1.2. A “Referral” occurs when a new customer (“Referred Customer”) signs up for a qualifying Patriot Pixels hosting plan through a valid referral link or mention from the Referrer.
1.3. Self-referrals are not permitted.
2.1. Client Referrers (Current Hosting Customers):
The Referrer will receive a $10 monthly discount applied directly to their hosting plan invoice for each active Referred Customer.
This discount will continue each month for as long as the Referred Customer maintains an active hosting plan with Patriot Pixels LLC.
Discounts begin on the Referrer’s next billing date after the Referred Customer’s plan is activated.
2.2. Non-Client Referrers (No Active Hosting Plan):
If the Referrer is not an active Patriot Pixels hosting customer, referral rewards will be paid as cash payouts via ACH or mailed check, subject to Section 4 below.
3.1. For Client Referrers, once the monthly hosting plan cost reaches $0.00 through active referrals (e.g., $69/month plan fully covered by 7 active referrals), all additional referral rewards will convert to cash payouts.
3.2. Patriot Pixels LLC will require banking information (account and routing number) to process ACH payments.
3.3. We are not responsible for any incoming ACH fees or charges imposed by your financial institution.
4.1. ACH Payments:
ACH payments may take 7–10 business days to process.
Patriot Pixels LLC is not liable for any delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors.
4.2. Check Payments:
If the Referrer prefers a physical check instead of ACH, a $1.50 processing fee will be deducted from each payment.
For example, instead of $10, the Referrer will receive $8.50 per referral via check.
4.3. Payment Restrictions:
Client Referrers cannot elect to receive cash payouts instead of discounts until their hosting plan balance reaches $0.
Non-client Referrers will automatically receive payouts as cash from the start.
5.1. Discounts for Client Referrers will be applied automatically to the next scheduled billing date and will continue monthly.
5.2. ACH and check payments will be processed within 7–10 business days after the Referred Customer’s payment clears.
5.3. Patriot Pixels LLC is not responsible for postal delays, banking errors, or payment routing issues outside of its control.
6.1. If a Referred Customer cancels their hosting plan, the associated referral reward will stop immediately.
6.2. No retroactive rewards will be issued after the cancellation date.
7.1. Patriot Pixels LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes will be posted on the official Patriot Pixels LLC website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
8.1. Patriot Pixels LLC is not liable for any:
Banking delays, fees, or errors.
Lost or misdirected mail involving physical checks.
Technical issues preventing reward processing.
8.2. The Referrer assumes all responsibility for providing accurate banking or mailing information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
